FAMILIES WITH MULTIPLE CHILDREN IN THE SHOW (same show or different show!):

*LIMITED ADDITIONAL TICKET ACCESS: after the initial ticket allocation for our summer families, there may be a very limited amount of additional tickets that become available. If at any point we are ready to release any additional tickets — we will send a mass email out alerting families as to the on-sale date for these tickets.
These additional tickets would be $15 and would be limited to 2 per family, first-come, first-served.
Showtimes/Locations:
Performances are held OUTDOORS behind St. Paul’s Church (where camp is held), address for GPS:
661 Old Post Rd.
ALADDIN JR. : Thurs July 18 @ 7pm (general admission seating begins 6:30pm, first come, first served); running time approx 65min, no intermission.
DISNEY’S DESCENDANTS:Fri July 19 @ 7pm (general admission seating begins 6:30pm, first come, first served); running time approx 90min, no intermission.
No concessions will be sold at these performances
RAIN/WEATHER GAMEPLAN/MAKEUP DATES:
(rain dates are only activated if needed — we also historically have utilized rain DELAYS on the scheduled performance dates—we will navigate together the week of the shows)
RAIN MAKEUP FOR Aladdin Jr: Sat July 20 @ 11am
RAIN MAKEUP FOR Descendants Sat July 20 @ either 11am* OR 2pm
(*if the 11am slot is not needed for Aladdin Jr, Descendants will use 11am as its rain makeup slot.
Example scenarios: (1) Both Aladdin Jr and Descendants are rained out on their scheduled performances: on Sat July 20, weather permitting, Aladdin will perform at 11am and Descendants will perform at 2pm.
(2) Aladdin is not rained out, but Descendants IS rained out: Descendants will perform in the 11am slot on Sat July 20.
(3) Both shows are rained out on both the regular performances July 18 & 19 AND rain make-up date July 20: we will, as a last resort backup, film the show in the small indoor rehearsal room, and release it to families (the room is too small to host a live audience so no audiences would be allowed in this scenario, but we would be able to capture the show and performances).
Seating:
The show will take place outdoors on the back courtyard of St Paul’s Church in regular rows of traditional folding chairs
General Admission seating, first-come, first-served. Seating begins approximately 30 minutes before showtime.
Ticket Policies:
Based on the size of the courtyard at St. Paul’s Church, each production’s cast size, this year’s ticket allocation will be as follows:
All shows: 4 tickets per child.
If you do not plan to use any of your tickets please let us know so that we may reallocate to campers with larger families and/or supporters of FCS.
Ticket Pricing:
There is no charge for tickets!—but rather a suggested donation of $5/person which helps support our summer scholarships for students who face financial challenges and want to attend our program. Donations are not expected, but appreciated and are accepted at the performance (cash/venmo/paypal) Thank you in advance!
Parking/Location Info:
PARKING: Free parking onsite (ok to park in Town Hall lot as well as on Old Post Rd)
Indoor restrooms available. ADA: there are a few Accessible parking spots in the town hall parking lot. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Email us for any specific considerations: info@fairfieldcenterstage.org.
