Fairfield Summer Stage 2024 additional Ticketing information
for ALADDIN JR & DISNEY’S DESCENDANTS

A NEW BLOCK OF TICKETS HAS BEEN RELEASED FOR FAMILIES OF Session 1 PERFORMERS at the price of $15 each.
IMPORTANT: We are maxed out in the main seating area — these tickets are for a BRING-YOUR-OWN-CHAIR section IN THE SIDE playground bark — out of fairness, additional guests may NOT sit with your original party in the main seating area. Please read below for policies before purchase.

ADDITIONAL TICKET RELEASE POLICIES:
TICKETS ARE LIMITED TO 2 TOTAL ADDITIONAL TICKETS
PER FAMILY, subject to availability. Once they are sold out, they are gone! No refunds, transfer to another name is ok.
Families with kids in both shows may purchase +2 to each show (please submit separate requests)!

The main seating area is strictly calculated for 4 tickets per camper. Do not attempt to seat these additional patrons there please!
Please only purchase these tickets if you are willing to abide by these policies:
(1) for these extra tickets: bring-your-own-chair (lawn/concert type chair)
(2) these patrons must sit in side bark section, not join your original main party (ie your first 4 tickets) in center seating area (it is actually ok if you would prefer to sit with these extra friends on the side, just not vice versa—meaning, you may sit on side if you want to stay all together —- if so, also bring-your-own-chair). If you aren’t willing to split up your party, these might not be a good option for you.
(3) this is a playground with playground bark—slightly uneven but generally fine—nice clear view of stage! Not the best option for patrons with ADA/disabilities etc (you may offer them your original seats if you would like them to sit in the main seating section if you are willing to sit on the side)

Because of limited supply, we are limiting this additional distribution to +2 per family (as opposed to per camper), in order to allow for wider support for the entire cast. For families who have a child in both shows, yes you may request +2 tickets for each show (please submit 2 requests). Thank you for your understanding.

Camper’s names will be tracked to allow for fair distribution (limit 2 new/additional tickets PER FAMILY total)
Tickets in excess of 2 new/additional tickets will be voided.
First come, first served, new/additional tickets are not guaranteed.

Showtimes:
ALADDIN JR. : Thurs July 18 @ 7pm (general admission seating begins 6:30pm, first come, first served); running time approx 65min, no intermission.
DISNEY’S DESCENDANTS:Fri July 19 @ 7pm (general admission seating begins 6:30pm, first come, first served); running time approx 90min, no intermission.

Refunds/rain-date:
Because these are in such high demand and extremely limited, NO REFUNDS, with the exception of a completely canceled production (ie the regular performance and rain-date get washed out). In that case, a full refund would apply for these extra tickets. If the rain date is activated, these tickets will automatically be transferred to that date. Please alert your guests as to the rain date gameplan. NO REFUNDS for patrons who are unable to attend the rain date — please only purchase if your guests can attend both dates/times, and/or be willing to forfeit the ticket purchase. You may transfer the tickets to a friend or someone else, we cannot assist with that, you will simply tell your guests to give your name at the door for entry!

Seating:
The show will take place on the outdoor courtyard of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (where camp is held). Patrons must bring-their-own-chair for these additional tickets (camping/concert chairs great for this section).

General Admission seating, first-come, first-served. Seating begins approximately 30 minutes before showtime.
